Are you juggling 84 tabs—on a good day?! Do you chase ideas, insights, and inspiration until you’re running on fumes… but still hungry for more? Do you long for conversations that go beyond the surface, with people who just get what it’s like to live in a fast, deep, emotionally intense mind? This group is for you. We’ve created a six-week experience for neurodivergent adults (gifted/2e, ASD, ADHD) who feel “too much” for the world around them—and are tired of trying to be less. Whether you're managing competing interests, idea overload, sensitivity, or the existential ache of not quite belonging, you'll find resonance here. Led by two SENG-certified facilitators: Allison Krug – ICF-certified energy and performance coach, professional ADHD coach, and epidemiologist specializing in gifted/2e adults Jennifer McKendree – gifted educator, former administrator in a gifted magnet school, and advocate for twice-exceptional learners Both of us have served in elected community leadership roles supporting gifted families—and we understand the lived experience of navigating a rainforest mind in a linear world.
