Vital Quest© for
Gifted/2e Adults
Vital Quest© is a small-group experience powered by the proven iPEC COR.E® Energy Dynamics program and the PQ® Program. Three groups are starting - emerging leaders (18-34), mid-career pivot (35-55), and parents of gifted/2e children who have done support groups and are ready to translate awareness into action and connection.
The COR.E® Energy Dynamics program is built for high-performers who want to explore the next chapter in their lives with fresh insight about their strengths, values, and a humble confidence that radiates presence. Each week we use tools and exercises that literally and metaphorically unfold your purpose and lay out action steps that work the way you do.
For the only time this year, I am also adding Positive Intelligence® (aka PQ®) which is a mental fitness program that utilizes research-based tools to empower wellness, performance, and healthy relationships by laying down new neural pathways that form lasting positive habits.
Through weekly focus and daily practice, the PQ® Program helps identify and decrease negative thoughts (your Saboteurs) and works to increase positive thoughts (your Sage).
Why Group Coaching Works for High-Performing Gifted/2e Minds
Group coaching blends structure, social support, and novelty — three key ingredients shown to improve motivation, focus, and follow-through in intense, high-performers who struggle with choosing which project to start on, self-doubt, and distraction.
Research highlights the power of peer interaction and accountability in boosting executive function, while the coaching builds daily self-awareness, mental fitness and an action plan created by you that works the way you do. Together, these tools create momentum that lasts.
Here’s how this 12-week small group program (max 5 people) delivers results:
-
Energy Awareness to Prevent Burnout and Reclaim Focus
Your 12-week program kicks off with the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment. This measure is unique in the crowded field of assessments because it is dynamic, like you. The ELI helps you recognize how your energy shifts in both high-performance and high-stress moments. For gifted/2e/ADHD minds with big ideas and passion, this awareness is key — it helps you spot early signs of burnout, notice when you're over-indexing on rejection, and shift out of a rumination spiral. By understanding your energy patterns, you can respond more consciously, stay grounded, and keep moving forward with clarity.
-
Built-in Accountability and Belonging
Weekly sessions provide consistent check-ins, camaraderie, and shared wins — reducing isolation and activating the brain’s reward system through connection (Barkley, 2011; Deci & Ryan, 2000).
-
Structure that Supports Autonomy
The group uses clear weekly goals, short practices, and self-directed reflection, creating a flexible but focused framework proven to support motivation in ADHD (Brown, 2005; Ramsay & Rostain, 2015).
-
Mental Fitness with the PQ App
Daily 10-minute exercises rewire neural pathways toward positive focus, impulse control, and emotional resilience — core deficits in ADHD — while increasing cognitive agility (Chamine, 2012; ADHD Coaching Research Consortium, 2018).
-
Novelty and Insight from Diverse Thinkers
The small group format sparks fresh ideas, divergent problem-solving, and creative breakthroughs — harnessing the natural ADHD strength of innovation while reducing overwhelm.
Find out what Saboteurs are causing you stress with this unique (free) assessment. Detailed descriptions of the Saboteurs and how they arose earlier in your life as a protective mechanism will be provided to you along with your results. We'll use this as our starting point when we begin this program.
Self Mastery is a journey! To get a baseline PQ score (which provides you with the proportion of time you are in command of your brain), take this quick assessment. We'll also use this to show how your self-mastery evolves over time and with life circumstances that may introduce new challenges.
Your monthly fee also includes a 1:1 coaching session - one at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the program. During the initial 60 minute consultation I will get to know you and your story through reviewing your unique ELI and PQ profiles. During this time we will co-create a Compass that measures what is meaningful to you and clarify your aims.
One of our highest aims is to build a trusting community. You will be invited to join this group if you are a high-performer with ADHD/autism/gifted-2e, and will be asked to commit to the full 12 weeks.

"It's a place where I can connect with other neurodiverse people in a way that is authentic to who I am. Engaging with other women with goals is also very inspiring. This group brings people from different walks of life together whose experiences are very helpful!"
JC, Virginia
"My inboxes are clean, to-do lists are done. I'm feeling more positive and more productive. And when the tasks are done, I have space freed up to think about the things I'm more passionate about. I'm able to choose what I want to do, versus always feeling the pressure of having to do things, or being behind and having to apologize or explain myself. I'm more present with my kids and am a better communicator with my spouse. Instead of focusing on the distance between where I want to be and where I am, I'm now recognizing that there is always room to grow, and that's ok."

“I appreciate that this group inspires me to flip all these ideas in my head into some kind of tangible action...and a sense of direction. I also enjoy the connection with people who have similar desires and experiences for conversation who I might not have otherwise met. Our paths just would not be likely to have crossed ordinarily."
