It all starts with a two-for-one coaching package to identify the challenges you would like to overcome. In the first one-hour session you will be offered an introduction to coaching, how it differs from therapy or consulting, and experience a 20-minute demo on a topic of your choosing. You will experience a renewed sense of purpose and presence after the first session and leave with specific steps you can take to continue building momentum.

 

The second one-hour session will be the full coaching experience, allowing you to reflect on what you accomplished and what blocks impede your progress. We will wrap up the session by exploring where you want to go next and what coaching options might work best for you.

I am a results-driven coach. I utilize validated instruments to measure progress in my 6-week coaching programs. My semester and yearly programs include a baseline and follow-up Energy Leadership(TM) Index (ELI) assessment. Unlike static personality assessments, the ELI is a behavioral and attitudinal profile reflecting a dynamic state - a mindset - that can be shifted at will.

 

People bring a certain type of energy to everyday interactions, but with insight from the ELI we can consciously choose how we respond under stress and slingshot the interaction to a more generous or creative level. Think of it as allowing you to tune into all seven regions of the electromagnetic spectrum, only one of which is visible light. You can purchase an ELI and debrief as a stand-alone consultation from the services listed below.

 

Office hours are available for drop-in support, and I offer an exit session a month after your last session at no additional cost if you wish.

There's a special energy when you join a group of interesting people all looking to reduce overwhelm and channel their abundant energy into high performance. Sessions conducted in a safe, welcoming and confidential space.

  • Starting in January, a special peer group is forming, limited to 10 partcipants. 

  • This group would be a good fit if you are an adult with a neurodivergent mind (autism, ADHD, giftedness), have a partner who is, or the parent of a neurodiverse child. 

  • Through this group I will invite you to take inventory of your strengths and learn new strategies to manage the challenges that come with having a uniquely wired brain. 

  • By meeting with other peers, you will develop a sense of community and  belonging, as well as just enough accountability to help you grow.
