Service Description
Performance vs mastery mindset, biofeedback, visualization, and optimized training plan. 4 sessions, first is 90 minutes followed by three 60-minute sessions. Course includes: 1. Energy Leadership(TM) Index Assessment and debrief to identify your typical stress response; includes two assessments for baseline and follow-up 2. Set the conditions for success - understand your specific risk factors driving stress and anxiety during training or competition. 3. Written Exposure Therapy (WET) - recover from a traumatic training or competition injury/experience. 4. Reframe/Reversal /Biofeedback- techniques to manage in-the-moment stressors 5. Visualization - use motor imagery to lay down neural pathways to prepare in advance for success (evidence from swimming, basketball, golf, soccer that motor imagery confers advantage)
